Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including managing opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the showroom environment is organized, clean, and welcoming for customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, customers, and clients.
Monitor and manage the showroom’s monthly budget and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports on showroom operations to management.
Provide daily updates on work progress to the Head of Department (HOD) or Director.
Perform any additional tasks related to the role as assigned.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualification: MBA in Sales/ Marketing/ Interior design
