Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead a modular kitchen showroom. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in showroom management, ideally in the interior design or kitchen segment. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining showroom aesthetics. Your role will be critical in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a personalized experience in line with the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of showroom staff, including sales consultants and support staff.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and sales skills.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by ensuring the showroom meets or exceeds monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, track progress, and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, offering customized kitchen solutions.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized product recommendations and solutions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues effectively and professionally.
- Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring products are displayed correctly and the environment is clean, well-organized, and attractive.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that product stock levels are sufficient and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and design team for seamless order fulfillment and installation.
- Organize in-store events to engage customers and drive sales.
- Prepare and present regular reports on showroom performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
Requirement for candidate profile:
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in showroom management or sales in the modular kitchen or interior design industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- A degree or diploma in Business Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
