Role:

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, welcome guests, and direct inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Answer & route phone calls, take messages when necessary.
  • Schedule & confirm appointments for clients and staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks like managing correspondence, data entry, filing, and general office duties.
  • Manage incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform clerical duties (filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing).
  • Update calendars & schedule meetings.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional attitude & appearance.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking & time-management skills.
  • Hotel background preferred.
