Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of modular kitchen projects or interior design industry. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen installations meet the company’s high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will also oversee the coordination of the installation team, manage on-site operations, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all modular kitchen installations are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
    • Lead and manage a team of installation workers, subcontractors, and technicians.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to check the quality of workmanship and ensure it aligns with company and customer expectations.
    • Address any on-site issues, such as material shortages, installation discrepancies, or delays, and take prompt corrective action.
    • Ensure all equipment, materials, and products are properly handled, stored, and used during the installation process.
    • Ensure that the site is kept clean and free of hazards throughout the installation process.
    • Work closely with the Project Manager and sales team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products to the site.
    • Provide regular updates on the progress of installations, flagging any potential delays or issues.
    • Maintain detailed records of the installation process, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
    • Provide daily reports on the status of the site and any relevant issues to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, whether related to design, materials, or installation.

Requirement for candidate profile:

    • Experience:
      • 2-4 years of experience in site supervision, specifically within the modular kitchen or interior design industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of kitchen installation processes, materials, and techniques.
      • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design specifications.
      • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
      • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
    • Education:
      • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
