2. Develop plans, budgets, and track progress.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues.
4. Review engineering designs for compliance.
5. Inspect sites for progress and quality.
6. Enforce safety and quality measures.
7. Ensure compliance with local codes and permits.
8. Identify risks and develop mitigation.

Requirement:
