Roles:

Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the sales of the real estate properties at construction sites. They will be responsible for identifying potential customers, showcasing our properties, and closing deals.  Ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide exceptional customer service will be keys to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong customer relationships on construction site.
  2. Showcase property features and benefits.
  3. Achieve sales targets with effective strategies.
  4. Generate leads via networking, referrals, and marketing.
  5. Customize property recommendations to customer needs.
  6. Efficiently negotiate and close deals.
  7. Assist with property purchase paperwork.
  8. Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
  9. Maintain accurate sales records.

Requirement:

  1. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Client relationship building ability.
  3. Proven results in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  4. CRM software proficiency.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Knowledge of local real estate regulations.
  7. Enthusiastic and passionate about real estate sales.

Experience: – Experience 1-2 years in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries and fresher can also apply.

Education: – Bachelor’s degree.
