Job Role:        

The Real Estate Sales Executive’s primary purpose is to drive property sales by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing property recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement and Site Visits

  • Attend to customers who visit the sites, providing detailed information and answering their queries.
  • Explore customer requirements and preferences during site visits.

Lead Closing and Customer Needs

  • Understand customer needs thoroughly and suggest suitable properties, including alternatives if required, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful lead closing.
  • Provide on-site demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase properties

Requirement:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales/customer service role.
Good communication skills in local languages

Education: Graduation

Experience: 1 year in residential projects

Location:  Koregaon Park (only female), Keshavnagar
