Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate your sales team to reach their full potential and foster a
    collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for team development.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with both your team and upper management.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or retail management role with strong leadership
    skills and the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication in English, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Maintain customer relationships properly.

Experience: –5+ years in Watches Brands.

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Location: – Camp, Pune
