Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or retail management role with strong leadership
skills and the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team. - Excellent communication in English, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Maintain customer relationships properly.
