Junior HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
– Maintain employee records and ensure HR information systems are up-to-date.
– Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
– Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
– Manage the company’s LinkedIn and digital HR pages.
– Handle termination processes, including paperwork and exit interviews.

Eligibility Criteria:
– Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or any relevant discipline.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
– Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
